Our role
Clear Methods provides administrative support for commercial property operations. Work may include service requests, vendor coordination, scheduling, proposals, contracts, documentation, invoices, recurring maintenance, follow-up, and property records.
Your authority
Property managers retain approval authority over spending, provider selection, contracts, and other decisions requiring their judgment. Clear Methods organizes the work and information needed to support those decisions.
Starting an engagement
Clear Methods reviews each request for scope, service fit, timing, and availability. Applicable fees are confirmed before work begins. Submitting a request or provider application does not by itself create an engagement or guarantee work.
Service availability
Service availability depends on the property, location, requested scope, timing, and provider capacity. For urgent and after-hours requests, Clear Methods can begin immediate coordination, but provider availability, arrival times, and final resolution depend on the provider and nature of the request.
